Community Involvement

Kurt proudly serves on the DC Leadership Council for the US Soccer Foundation, which is committed to helping young people embrace an active and healthy lifestyle, using soccer to cultivate critical life skills that pave the path to a better future. As a member of the leadership council, Kurt has taken a particular interest in the Urban Soccer Symposium.  The Symposium hosts community leaders from across the nation dedicated to improving the field of sports-based youth development.

Kurt is also an active member of the Washington DC chapter of EO (Entrepreneurs' Organization).  EO is a diverse community of business owners in the DC area who share ideas and experiences on business best practices and strategies.  His experience within EO has directly supported his continued development as a business owner and other up and coming entrepreneurs. 

Kurt was diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes at the age of 17 and have been a long time supporting of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and their pursuit of a cure.

Following The Rupprecht Family move to North Arlington in 2014 they joined Rock Spring Congregational United Church of Christ, which has a long history of founding and supporting many of the community service organizations in Arlington.
